I struggled a while on going to the 3some place.

But, in the end, Tim and Dean are hedonists -- especially "I'm dying in a few months" Dean. And Tim will also do what he thinks will make Sam happy.

And Sam ... he hates it as much as he wants it.

So, I'm glad it works for you.
